4 Lines cup filling and sealing machine for viscous products like yoghurt. Cup diameter 75 and 95 mm (2 step machine), double plates for automatic format change by moving chain 1 step forward or backwards. Cup decontamination by UV light (Heraeus air cooled modules), main doser, positive dosing principle, CIP cleanable with hopper and level control E&H, aluminum lid placing station, lid heat sealing, date traverse (no date coder) and packer (only gripper 3x4, 95 mm available). Balance tanks, flow plate and 3x CIP return pumps. Blower. Control panel with Siemens S5 PLC. Manuals and program on disk available.
