Line exist out of: 4x Goavec culture preparation tanks (3x 1995, 1x 2006, volume 6.781 ltr, double jacketed, insulated, filling level (trigger) @ 4500 ltr, mother culture adding hopper, agitator (motor 1,2/2,2 kW, 44/91 and 23/47 rpm), manhole, spray bowls, diameter 1895/2065 mm, total height 3500 mm), sterile air unit with Pall filter and Navep unit for creating of clean air, air heater (electric, Sinus), product transfer pumps, inline pH meter, CIP pumps, ice water pumps, cooling water pumps, cooling water heatexchanger, valve manifolds, interconnecting piping, stainless steel framework and stairs around the tanks, caustic soda tank (plastic) with dosing pump.
