Complete cheese preparation line. 5x closed stainless steel cheese vats, double jacketed for heating and cooling (free outflow), whey suction device from the top, manhole, motor 4 kW, frequency converter (Danfoss) in SS box mounted on each vat, separate operation panel on top of each vat, rebuild control panels in 2000 with Siemens S7-300 PLC. Valve manifolds for infeed (milk/CIP+). Valve manifolds for outfeed (curd/CIP-). Steam filter and reducers for heating double jacket. Herb hydration and dosing system with flow transmitter (manual feeding to cheese vats). Whey interceptor. Culture and wash water injection system with flowtransmitter and injection valve (E&H). Interconnecting piping, valves, pumps. Framework and stairs. CIP Unit with lye tank (Hovap, 1990, 7.500 ltr), acid tank (Hovap, 1990, 7.500 ltr), water tank (Hovap, 1990, 3.000 ltr), detergent tank (4.000 ltr), pumps, tubular heat exchangers, filters and interconnecting piping.
