2-lane pie shaped cup filling, and sealing machine. Usable in the processed food industry, usable for all sorts of foods on a big round plate/cup such as salads, meals, cakes, pies or other bakery- and snack products. The system starts with a cup dispenser, after this station there is free space for manual additions. Then comes the piston doser which has a capacity up to 600 ml for pumpable products (different nozzles available). After the doser comes a second free room for additional manual dosing of dry or any other products, for example fruits pieces. The second piston filling station (CIP cleanable) has a capacity up to 600 ml which fills the product into the pie shaped cup. After this second piston filling station there is a push station where the cups are lifted while hold by a vacuum suction rubber to be pushed against a holder and are followed by the 3rd free space for manual additions. The next step in the system is the sealing station where the cups are sealed from a reel of foil. Including hoppers on the dosers including valves for CIP and product- and level sensors. CIP collecting tank and CIP return pump (Make: APV, model: Puma 2-2-9, 2,2 kW). A lot of spare parts available (see pictures on website).
