Complete dairy pilot line. Built to pasteurize - deaerate - homogenize - mature and cool all kind of dairy products like cream, yoghurt and desserts. Ideal to do tests on products and ingredients. Item A): GEA incubation tanks. This skid mounted unit exists out of 4 tanks of 40 liter each. All are insulated and double jacketed for heating and cooling. Each tank has the possibility to be heated and cooled independently. The temperature can be set and a control valve (brand: Bürkert) controls the media flow in the jacket of the tank (steam / water / hotwater / icewater). Each tank has an agitator, temperature and pH (acidity) sensor which are controlled by 4 small panels at each tank. The outfeed pump from these tanks is a twin screw pump which can handle thin to very viscose products and has a variable speed (make: Jung, model: Hyghspin 50 NL, year: 2012). The tanks are CIP cleanable, with a self-priming CIP pump (brand: Fristam) and the needed pipings are included. The unit has a simple control panel and frequency converter on every agitator and outfeed pump which makes it flexible. The product is pumped to the pasteurizer skid to be cooled by a plate cooler. All flexible by various swing bend pipes. Unit designed and made by GEA, flow charts and manuals with item lists available. Item B): GEA tank pilot plant, mix tanks. The skid mounted unit exists of 3 tanks of 2x 50 liter and 1x 150 liter insulated and double jacketed for heating and cooling. Each tank has the possibility to be heated and cooled independently and also they have an agitator, temperature sensor which are controlled by 3 small panels on each tank. The outfeed pump from these tanks is a lobe pump which can handle viscose products and is with variable speed (make Fristam model: FLFN50, nominal 120 ltr/h). The tanks are CIP cleanable, CIP pump (make Fristam) and the needed pipings are included. The unit has a simple control panel and frequency converter on every agitator and lobbe pump which makes it flexible. The product is pumped to the pasteurizer for further processing. Item C): Pasteurization unit of GEA Tuchenhagen. The skid mounted unit consists of 5 plate heat exchangers to heat treat the product (milk / cream / mixes). Capacity 120 liter per hour. 1): Preheater to heat any set temperature 4 / 99°C - > to homogenizer -> 2) pre-heating 3 / 25 to set temperature 65 - 75 °C > to deaerator -> 3) Pasteurizer heating to set temperature 70 / 98°C -> Insulated Holding tubes 2/2,5/5/ 5 min -> flow diversion valve- > 4) cooler to 48 / 18°C -> tanks. 5) Extra independent yoghurt plate cooler with filter 45 -> 4°C. Each plate heat exchanger has the possibility to change the temperature independently. Pressure and temperature transmitters in the pipeline with a flowmeter. Temperature can be set digitally and a control valve (brand: Bürkert) controls the media steam flow. In the indirect heating system there is a water circulation pump and plate heat exchanger with steam / water. All interconnecting piping is included. The unit has a simple control panel. The controls of the homogenizer are included in this unit. The product is pushed and received from the deaerator and homogenizer and on the outlet to the mix tank skid . All flexible by various swing bend pipes. Flow charts and manuals with item lists are available. Item D): Deaerator unit, GEA Kolding Gruppen A/S. Capacity: 100 liter per hour. Vacuum deaerating unit complete skid mounted. The product is pushed into a vacuum vessel where it stays to eliminate air or gasses, then the flow goes into a centrifugal pump to be pumped back to the pasteurizer. Including product and vacuum pump, own control panel with frequency converter, sight glass, level control and vacuum control valve. Pressure read out (make: Baumer), flow charts and manuals with item lists available. Item E): Lab homogenizer, Rannie BT18.38, 2 stage, hydraulic pressure control, 3 pistons, piston diameter: 18 mm, piston stroke: 38 mm, pressure indicator on each stage. Up to 400 bar. 5.5 kW. The complete unit has low production hours as it is used in lab circumstances only.
