Complete thermisation / pasteurisation unit. Designed for 10.000 liter per hour. Temperature cycle: 4 °C (in) - 58°C (Cream separator / Tetra Alfast) - 76°C (holding 16 seconds) - 4°C (out). Line existing out of a: level tank, product feed pump. Plate heat exchanger: Alfa Laval, CLIP8-RM, 30100-40856, 1993, volume: 202,9 liter, pressure: 10 bar, 4 sections. Booster pump, holding tube of 16 seconds and indirect hot water system with steam (pump missing). Excluding control panel with controls. Including hermetic skimmer. Separator self-cleaning. Existing out of the following components: the bowl, motor cover, cyclone, base frame, pneumatic counter pressure valve milk, maneuvering water valves and sample valve. Including most of the needed tools with ring key. Excluding pressing tool, flow regulation valve for cream. Including free standing control panel with controls and free standing water valves panel. Including incomplete Tetra Alfast Direct Inline standardisation system designed to handle standardixation of cream and milk. Capacity is depending on separation capacity and fat content in the whole milk and the standard product. In this line the Alfast is used at 10.000 liter per hour. Unit existing out of: density transmitter, 1 x SPC regulating valves and control panel with ABB SattLine Series 200 and chart recorder (Jumo Logoscreen 500). Incomplete, following items are missing according to the original manual: 3 x magnetic flowmeters, 2 x pressure gauges, 2 x change over valves, 1 x non return valve, 1 x SPC regulating valves and 2 x sampling valves.
