Automatic system: Destacking, bucket decontamination by injection steam mix with decontamination, turning system, filling by flow transmitters, snap cap cover disinfection and applying on bucket by slide system, after cap push station. Whole machine under sterile air over pressure system, Automatic CIP cleanable with CIP return pump. Controls: The controls have been renewed in 2017 (currently in Dutch). Including outfeed conveyor with 90° bend.
