This is a complete line for de-boxing and de-palletizing cold butter bulk blocks of 25 kg in carton before repackaging the butter. The line is designed to deliver a continuous processing capacity for butter re-workers up to maximum 8.000 kilograms of butter per hour (320 cartons of 25kg). The system starts with a robust ABB robot that accurately positions carton boxes from the pallet onto the infeed conveyor of the de-boxer. The de-boxer then de-box, this means the machine cuts open the carton box by Special hardened knives, side and long side and transfers the empty cartons out of the line. The cold 25 kg butter blocks (still in plastic) are transported further on a outfeed conveyor, (reworker not part of this offer).
The empty boxes are transported via the conveyors outside the unit. The pallet transport system includes an infeed conveyor for wooden pallets, a separate conveyor for empty pallets, a depalletizing station, a pallet stacking station and a removal station for stacked pallets.
The system is equipped with complete safety covering and is controlled via a Siemens S7 control system with integrated MCC and an intuitive Siemens Touch Panel for visualization. Using only the De-boxing machine can be considered, this has low re-installation costs, in contrary to the complete de-palletizing system. The box size can be adapted but is set to standard size wide ± 30-40cm.
