Two vacuum fruit mix cookers. The purpose of the vacuum cookers is to pasteurizer and mix fresh fruits with additives such as sugar. The fruit can afterward be used in yoghurt/quark like products. Both cookers have a horizontal scrapers paddle mixer and a double jacket for heating by steam. CIP cleanable, pressure and temperature sensors, pneumatic tiltable cover. A separate inlet for liquid and dry products with valves. Ingredients are added by bins through the cover. A connection for vacuum (but not used in this dairy). Drawings available. Total volume per tank: 4.475 liter. Volume of the double jacket: 97 liter (pressure 4 bar). Slight repairable damage on the jacket. Currently still in the factory until 15-1- 2024. |
