Linear continuous cup filler (non stop) with 4 heads. Stations: cup stack buffer and feeder, cup destacking, no-cup detection, piston doser, (semi CIP) double jacketed hopper for hotfill and cut-off valve, (manual cleaning). pre-cut seal dispending by vacuum, seal detection, 4-head heat sealing, snap-on lid by slide and lick off system (snapcap should have suitable design for this) and an outfeed conveyor. Including stainless steel safety fences. Controls: PLC Hitachi EH-150 and Exor touch screen HMI. Test run possible before dispatch. Documentation available.
