Stainless steel walking frame. Centrifugal whey pump with gummi impellor. Outlet diameter of 250 mm. The vat is double jacketed for heating and cooling. Connections: Steam, 1” low pressure for heating when the vat is filled with milk. Cooling: NW50 for cooling when the vat is filled with milk. Control panel mounted with on/of switches. The times and pressures can be adjusted on the HMI by the automatic PLC controlled system. Including operating manual, electrical scheme and spare parts list.
