Quark vat. Half round formed stainless steel quark vessel for the production of a dry curdy quark or “Tvorog” from skim milk.  After fermentation and coagulation the whey is pressed out of the skim milk by the perforated half round basked which is pushed down by pneumatic cylinders. After pressing the whey is pumped out from the top by a self-priming impellor pump (included) and the curd/quark is pushed towards the manhole. Including:            Shovel for manual emptying of the vessel. Stainless steel walking frame. Centrifugal whey pump with gummi impellor. Outlet diameter of 250 mm. The vat is double jacketed for heating and cooling. Connections: Steam, 1” low pressure for heating when the vat is filled with milk. Cooling: NW50 for cooling when the vat is filled with milk. Control panel mounted with on/of switches. The times and pressures can be adjusted on the HMI by the automatic PLC controlled system. Including operating manual, electrical scheme and spare parts list.
