Steriliser for bactofugat and sludge temperature cycle: 55-137-55°C Steam is direct injected in the product, heated to 145°C in a injection vessel, The unit has a balans tank, filters, sensors and pumps. The bactofugat ± 200ltr/h from the discharge, is remixed with part of flow milk and sterilised at 137°C by steam injections to kill all spores, so you can work with a bactofuge without any losses or outfeed of protein.
