The bowl has a vacuum connection and a deaeration valve. PT-100 sensor in the bowl. The main lid has 3 clamps for manual tightening. 2 agitators: 1 scraper agitator (25 rpm) and 1 cutter / homogenize knife. Pressure in bowl: -1 / + 1,5 bar and in jacket: 2.0 bar. Max temperature in bowl: 127 °C and in jacket 132 °C. Pneumatic outlet valve. Excluding vacuum pump, steam filter and control cabinet.
