Line exist out of: (2-lanes extruder) for “Magnum” type ice cream with a wooden stick, product transfer device (12x2), chocolate dipping system(12-lanes) Multi dip station with 3 dips nitrogen en 2 dips fruit juice (for Solero production). You can also produce chocolate dip with a separate dip tanks. APV freezing tunnel: Conveyor with plates which runs under the extruder into the freezing tunnel (and back), cooling capacity 175kW / 750 plates.
Multi-lane flow wrapper (6-lanes), collection conveyor with dividers (1 by 1), conveyors with corner, empty (not successful package) foil suction device, manual preparation for packer (3,4 or 6 pieces) with 3 format sets and possible with Cama cartoniser 2016 including Nordson ProBlu 7 hot glue device.
