Universal horizontal mixer-cooker. The main product bowl and cover are double jacketed for cooling or heating (no valves on jacket, no vacuum). Hydraulic unit for moving inlet slide and outlet slide on bottom. Top inlet and the main front lid have 2 manual tightening clamps and contact sensor, infeed hopper. 2 agitators: 1 scraper agitator, 25 rpm and 1 mixer knife, 710rpm, 22 kW, steel frame. Including elevator for trolleys 200ltr with controls cabinets (need to renewed) on elevator and machine. Documentation available.
