Yoghurt / Fruit mixing unit. Mechanical driven piston pump for automatic injection of fruit pulp to stirred yoghurt or quark. 2 different sizes of piston dozers. Size 1: piston diameter 89 mm, stroke 85 mm, volume ± 500 cc. Size 2: piston diameter 55 mm, stroke adjustable max 85 mm, max volume: ± 200 cc. One drive shaft make a synchronic dosing of yoghurt and pulp even if speed is variable. No frequency converter or flow transmitters needed. CIP cleanable. Connections: 2'' DIN. Including spare parts list in English and operating manual in German.
