Fully automatic form-fill-seal and packaging line for thermoformed mini portion cups of cream cheese, 6 x 20 grams, equipped with a bottom foil infeed system. Suitable for Epraform polystyrene (PS) bottom foil with a foil width of 192 mm and designed for hot filled products. Products previously processed on the line include processed cream cheese with filling temperatures of 67.5 °C. The line is equipped with a dosing system filling 6 x 2 cups per stroke, resulting in a total output capacity of 9,000 cups per hour. Dimensions format of cup: 57 x 40 x 21mm. In addition, the line includes a fully automatic NOR-REG carton erector for 6 x 6 x 20 gram configurations (36 cups per carton), equipped with a Nordson ProBlue 4 hot melt glue system, Siemens S5 controls, and an ABB IRB140 M2000 pick-and-place robot from year 2003 for automatic loading and stacking of cups into cartons. The main machine is equipped with a control cabinet featuring Siemens S7 PLC and Siemens HMI controls and is supplied including available spare parts.
