CIP system. Especially build for cleaning quark separators model KDA. 3 compartment in top of tank for cleaning/concentrates each compartment fitted with pneumatic valves. The detergent/concentrate drops by gravitity into the main cip tank and by each step in cleaning procedure added. 1 x Low levelsensor in balance vessel. Product outlet connected to Alfa Laval FM-2A centrifugal pump. Pump details: capacity ca. 30 m3/h - impellor Ø 165 mm - in: 2,5" Din - out: 2,5" Din. With pneumatic butterfly valves. Stainless steel control panel with Siemens S7-1200 controls and frequency converter.
