The APV Liquiverter TB150 is a compact and efficient mixing and hydration unit, specifically designed for blending liquids and hydrating powders in the food industry.
The unit is mounted on a stainless steel (RVS) frame with four adjustable feet, providing stability and easy positioning in the production area. The double-walled tank has a capacity of 150 liters and is suitable for temperature-controlled processes. The jacket is equipped with two push fit couplings for connection to a heating or cooling system.
For product input, the unit features a 1.5” Tri-Clamp connection for liquid ingredients and a 1” Tri-Clamp connection for a CIP spray ball, enabling efficient cleaning. The product outlet is fitted with a DN40 DIN connection.
On top of the tank is a round manhole cover with a diameter of 400 mm, fitted with a safety sensor and venting in the cover for safe and controlled operation.
Mixing is powered by a 7.5 kW motor with a 210 mm impeller, providing powerful and homogeneous blending.
The internal tank dimensions are 550 × 550 × 550 mm, with an overall height of 570 mm.
