The hermetic bactofuge is designed to remove heat-resistant spores that can survive higher heat treatments than most other microorganisms. It also reduces somatic cells based on differences in density.
Whole milk, standardized milk, or skim milk can be processed at temperatures of 55–57°C.
The capacity can be adjusted by modifying the size of the top centrifugal pump.
This is a 2-way machine with an internal concentration system for bactofugate, ensuring minimal product losses.
The bactofugate is discharged together with the sludge, and depending on the discharge frequency, the total product loss is approximately 0.15% of the total flow.
