The semi-automatic Bag in box filling machine is suitable for filling bags from 5 to 20 liters, can be used for liquids like ice cream mix, cream and milk or other liquids. The preformed bag is inserted manual, the machine takes the spout from bag, fills the bag with the set amount of liquid by a flow transmitter and put cap back automatically. Including sterile air filter and injection system on the filling head for gas. The machine functions are managed with Allen-Bradley SLC5/03 CPU, with volume adjustment. Fitted on mobile SS frame and CIP cleanable. Manual available.
