Complete skid-mounted automatic CIP system.
The system is equipped with one outgoing CIP line, including an APV W35/35 pump with a 6.9” / 175 mm impeller, power rating 5.5 kW. The pump delivers approximately 20,000 l/h at 3 bar, with flow fully controllable via a frequency drive. All valves are pneumatic operated (APV make).
The +/+ pressure line includes a temperature sensor, tubular steam-water heat exchangers with steam control valve and condensate trap, filter, check valve, and detergent injection point.
The -/- return line is equipped with a conductivity sensor (Endress+Hauser), temperature sensor, and flow switch.
The system features two single-jacketed tanks, each with a volume of 800 liters, fitted with high- and low-level sensors.
Two dosing pumps are installed for cleaning detergents. Additionally, two hot water feed pumps are included, make Grundfos and make APV, located outside the skid.
Control is via a stainless-steel control panel with Siemens S7-300 PLC, Siemens HMI touchscreen operator panel, and frequency converters for pump control.
