Continuous Ice Freezer with 1 cylinder. With built-in refrigeration system by water-cooled Freon compressor (make Bitzer, freon type: R 404A). Working Principle: The ice cream mix is metered into the freezing cylinder by a positive pump, and a constant flow of air is fed in together with the mix. During the passage through the cylinder the air is whipped into the mix by the action of a rotating mutator.
