Ampack Ammann KF2/3 Ultra Clean Carousel filler for filling and sealing cups with easy format change. Used for filling of yogurt and quark products with a shelf life of up to 40 days in the cold chain. Current cup size 2x round ø 95/ 85 mm & 3x square 85/115, 119 mm. (easy to adapt to round 1 litre but not included). The filling machine has cup decontamination by injecting H2O2 and sterile air flooding, lid decontamination by infra red light. Free space before and after the main fillers for addition fillers in future. Main filler 1: 3 cups each stroke up to 500 ml for round 85 and 95 mm and square 85 mm, main filler 2: 2 cups each stroke up to 1 liter for square 115 and 119 mm.
