This high-pressure homogenizer features two stages with hydraulic pressure control and is equipped with three ceramic pistons, each with a diameter of 32 mm and a stroke of 95 mm. It has ball valves suitable for viscous products and standard connections of 2" DIN for both inlet and outlet. The motor currently installed delivers 30 kW, allowing a maximum pressure of up to 400 bar in this configuration. The unit includes a freestanding control panel with a Danfoss frequency converter, a complete set of tools, an overpressure valve rated at 480 bar and a Gea bypass valve. Manometers are installed on both the first and second stages, along with two electronic pressure transmitters. A flow switch monitors the cooling water and remote pressure control is available.
