Semi automatic CIP-unit universal to clean tanks, pipework, filling machines, Existing of a skid mounted unit with 2 square tanks with cover, Volume: 350 liter each tank. Steam heated with direct steam injector in both tanks. Tank 1 for clean water - warm or cold with possibility to add a desinfectant. Tank 2 for cleaning dertergen (ly/Acid or a combined detergent). Both tanks have an automatic temperature control, water inlet and level control, spraybowl to clean the tank itselves. Sensors high and low level, temperature. Overflow/breather connection. Feed line with a Centrifugal pump, capacity controllable with a manual control valve (type: SMOR) from 5.000ltr/h at 2,5bar till 20.000ltr/h at 1,9bar make: Fristam, 2,2kW in the return line a self priming pump 3kW, conductivity- and temparature sensor.
Protections programmed: low level sensor with alarm sign to prevent running dry of CIP+ pump.
Manual dosing of cleaning detergent and desinfectant by volumetric dosingpump, the pump counts the liters, by pushing the dosingbutton the right amoung can be dosed. A drumholder for 25ltr drums of detergent.
The unit is prefab made with piping, cabling and all manual and automatic valves, controlled by Siemens S7-1200 PLC and Siemens Simatic HMI touch screen.
