The Westfalia MSD 250-01-076 milk skimmer is engineered for high efficiency and reliability in the dairy processing industry. It is a high-performance disc stack separator distinguished by its self-emptying functionality. The separation bowl enables efficient separation of liquids and solids, with liquid discharge via a double gripper, ensuring reliable and continuous emptying during operation. With a maximum bowl speed of 4,700 RPM and a throughput capacity of 30,000 liters per hour, this separator is designed to meet the demands of large-scale milk processing operations. Milk skimmer self-cleaning. Including bowl, motor cover, foundation frame, pneumatic counter-pressure valve for milk, sample valve on outgoing cream, and OWM.
