Tank with very powerful agitator with propellor mixer, double jacketed for heating or cooling. Working pressure in jacket: 3,5 bar. insulated cylinder and bottom. Product outlet DN80, outlet height: 17 cm. Including pneumatic outlet valve. Light on top of tank. Sensors: high, low. Temperature. Breather in top, 2 CIP spray balls, Manhole/product infeed in top rectangular 49x33 cm with a plate to put the powder bag. 3 Adjustable feet with 3 loadcells. Inside dimensions of tank: Ø 210 cm and cylindrical height 235 cm. Connections on side: 2 x 2" Din, Connections in top: 3x 1" Din - 1 x Flange - 1 x 2,5" Din. Fitted with powder feeder/doser make ‘Azo’ powder collection hopper (for air transport).
The powder dosing feeder has a rotary high duty rotary valve this Powder sluice to determine the amount of powder by counting the rotations. Manufacturer of this Sluice: DMN Westinghouse. Type: AL 150 2MZC, max 20rpm. Placed on top of the dissolving tank. The powder hopper has 2 x level sensor and 1 x pneumatic beater/vibrator. diameter hopper 49,5 cm - diameter outlet pipe 14,5 cm. Connections: 2 x 2,5" pipe. Motor: 0,37 kW with reductor 20 rpm.
