Fully automatic wraparound casepacker, flexible format. Can be used to pack Gable top cartons, bottles etc. in a wraparound plano carton. This machine is flexible in formats and was used for Gable top cartons 12 x 1 liter (70 x 70 each carton; max capacity 20 boxes per min), 6 x 1 liter (70x70 each carton; max capacity 24 boxes per min) and box with 6 x 500 ml (70 x 70 each carton). Infeed system, flexible on formats. Plastic mesh belt, belt width: 620 mm, chain conveyor with splitter to form the packs before it enters the machine. Belt width: 300 mm, distance between dividers: 180 mm and 230 mm, outfeed roller conveyor with over push system, roller width: 350-400 mm. Storage bin for glue granulate.
