Rotary filler with 1 head. Cup size round: 95 mm. Stations: cup destacking, no-cup detection, main doser (150 - 500 ml) for viscose liquid products. 3 different filling nozzles available for different viscosities. With hopper (CIP cleanable), lid dispensing by vacuum, heat sealing, snap-on lid. With outfeed conveyor. Machine has plexiglas safety guards (1 door missing). Machine is in “clean” version with a Hepa sterile air system with blower mounted on top of the machine. Controls: Siemens, model: S5 and HMI. Documentation available.
