Bucket sealing and lid closing machine handles formats of 5 kg, 10 kg, and 15 kg. The 10 kg bucket have an inner diameter of 25 cm. The machine is equipped with an extra seal plate and seal detection, as well as an infeed and a mobile outfeed conveyor. (420 cm in length and 40 cm in width) Buckets are fed onto the central conveyor via a 90° corner, transported to the sealer where the top is sealed using a stop cylinder for bucket supply, and then moved to the lid placing station. The lid is positioned by a pusher before the buckets are transferred to the outfeed buffer conveyor. The foil sealer, lid placer, and pusher stations are all equipped with positioning slides. The machine is controlled by a Siemens Simatic S7-300 PLC with an HMI screen mounted on the machine. Documentation is available in Dutch
