Ampack KF1/3: The carousel cup filling and sealing machine is designed for round preformed cups with a 95 mm format. Capacity depends on product viscosity, foam properties, and the shape and headspace of the packaging. The machine features vacuum cup unstacking, cup decontamination by peroxide injection with drying via superheated steam in four steps using an integrated electric air heater, a predoser with cutting doser for viscous products such as fruit jams (CIP-cleanable by placing a cleaning bar), and a main positive doser/combination filler suitable for both thin and thick products, also CIP-cleanable. Additional stations include seal decontamination by infrared radiators and seal application, heat sealing, seal checking by cup squeezing and detection, an over snap cap lid pressure station for 95 mm cups, and outfeed to a conveyor belt. The machine is controlled by Siemens Simatic S5 and was originally supplied as ASGP4
Ampack Ammann ASGP 4 ASS 1: The fully automatic tray packer is designed for round cups with a 116 mm diameter, packing in a 3×2 configuration for 6 cups per tray. Current tray dimensions are approximately 250 × 360 mm. The machine is powered by a 3 kW motor (50 Hz) and requires compressed air at 14 Nm³/h – 7 bar. It is controlled via Siemens Simatic S7-1500 and can be paired with the original Ampack KF1/3 filling machine (also available as STN15964). This robust and efficient packer offers reliable, high-quality tray packing for a variety of production lines.
