Full automatic sheet / Plate / Slab shapped pack Butter Filling and wrapping machine. Weight per pack 2kg each dimensions plate: 380x 285x 20mm,(lxwxh) in Paper - Alu foil or parchment paper (special Backery butter). Piston doser direct mounted on top of wrapper, CIP cleanable with a CIP counter piece on outlet of doser mouth piece. A compensator with contact to stop feed pump and CIP return pipe. In the unit a hotwater set (electric heated to make and circulate warm water through the jacked filling mouth piece) is installed. Photocell and print centring device on paper feed. After the Filler a 'custom build', automatic stacking unit, to stack 5 plates onto each other is made. Outfeed conveyor length 368 cm - width ca. 30 cm. Wrapper upgrade in 2000, Control panel with PLC control, Siemens Simatic S7-1200, last upgrade in 2021, including the speed control of the feed pump by potentio meter. CIP piping and a drain valve, + set of spare parts with gaskets and roller bearings. Total dimensions with outfeed conveyor: 490x480x310cm (lxwxh) - Total weight: 3.908 kg, wrapper-doser only weight 3.640 kg.
