Fully automatic high-speed forming, filling and sealing machine for gable top cartons, equipped with an integrated cap applicator. The machine is designed for hygienic dairy production and is suitable for Pure-Pak cartons (70 x 70 mm) and Diamond carton, including versions with optional curve design. Filling volumes range from 500 ml to 1.000 ml.
The system is engineered for processing fresh milk, ESL (Extended Shelf Life) milk, juices, and other liquid food products.
The machine is equipped with a 2-head piston filler, fully CIP cleanable, ensuring high hygienic standards and efficient cleaning procedures. The bottom-up filling principle minimizes foam formation, making it particularly suitable for dairy applications.
Carton decontamination is performed by an internal spraying system, followed by UV light activation and hot air drying to ensure optimal microbiological safety prior to filling. A HEPA-filtered clean air system maintains a controlled hygienic environment in the filling zone.
The line includes outfeed conveyors and a Meurer CM/TP 25-B400 wrap-around case packer (year 2011), equipped with a hotmelt unit from Nordson.
The machine is controlled via a Siemens S7 PLC system.
