Rotary cupfilling machine, with 3 Heads, cup size mini cups 25gr/ 30ml round diameter: 48 mm height 24,5 mm.
9 Stations:
1.) Cup destacking-placing.
2.) Cup detecting with 3x optical sensor,
3.) Dosing-filling station via compensator,CIP cleanable, with removable cut of wire under the dosing head to cut off the product. approx: 20-40ml.
4.) Cup vibration station (for equaly dividing product),
5.) Seallid placer with adhesion and sensor,
6.) Sealstation with temperature sensor.
7.) snap-cap placing station.
8.) Removing-sliding cups away station.
9.) Outfeed conveyor belt station.
Maindoser Pistondoser for viscose products like Margarine or spreads which are pumped in and pushed in the doser by the compensating piston. The compensating piston has a return line option for recirculation and a separate cip connection.
Originally designed for two formats (Retangular cup 250ml, 1 head and the currently installed mini format 25ml, 3 head).
Speed up to max 40 strokes per min. Outfeed on +/- 1.2 meter single lane outfeed conveyor, width 10 cm. Machine has plexiglas safety guards, an automatic central greasing system, servo drive on main motor and integrated vacuumpump. With CIP-counter piece for fill nozzle.
