Rotary cup filler, with 2 Heads. Cup size round: 95mm. Stations: Cup destacking - Filling - Seal placing and point sealing - Heat sealing, Caps placer - Cup outfeed. Previously used for filling Joghurt 500 g. Maindoser (2x 500 gr) Pistondoser for yoghurt-like products. With 2 x single jacketed hopper with high-/low level sensors, CIP cleanable. Seal dispending and placing by vacuum and point sealing, heat sealing, snap-on lid. Machine has plexiglas safety guards and has a automatic central greasing system. Machine is clean with preparation for sterile air, currently without blower/filter. Controls: Bosch CL 300 Plc operation button control via free standing control panel. Documentation: Electrical diagram. Excluding outfeed conveyor belt. A&F Packer available under (STN16185), pack scheme 3x4 per tray.
