High-pressure homogenizer with 2 stages, equipped with ball valves and ceramic pistons, specially designed for viscous and abrasive products, or products containing fibers or small particles. Hydraulic pressure control is included. The machine has 3 ceramic pistons with a diameter of 49.2 mm (1 15/16"). Connections are DN50 DIN for the inlet and DN40 DIN for the outlet. The current motor power is 18.5 kW, providing a maximum pressure of 140 bar in the current configuration. It can be adapted to 210 bar / 2500 liters by changing the pulley.
A manometer is installed at the highest pressure point, along with two electronic pressure transmitters for the first and second stages, with readings displayed on the machine. The system includes an oil circulation pump and a high-viscosity pump (HVA) with oil coolers, as well as a flow switch for the cooling water.
