High-Pressure Tabletop Laboratory Pilot Homogenizer
Compact high-pressure laboratory pilot homogenizer with two stages and manual pressure control. Equipped with two pistons (Ø10 mm, 25 mm stroke) and ceramic plungers featuring ball-type PVB pump valves. Suitable for products with a viscosity up to 1,000 cP.
The unit is stainless steel cladded, includes a 2.5 L feed hopper, and has 1/2" Tri-Clamp inlet and outlet connections. Driven by a 1.5 kW motor (4.1 A, 690 rpm, 50 Hz), it achieves a maximum working pressure of 600 bar and max back pressure of 5 bar.
Features integrated controls, manual operation, and a digital pressure gauge for precise monitoring.
