The Weber CCS 904 is a high-performance industrial slicing system for meat, sausage and cheese, designed for maximum speed, precision, and hygiene. It features advanced multi-lane slicing technology, capable of processing up to 2,000 slices per minute in high-throughput operations.

With automated infeed and portioning, the system ensures consistent and uniform slices while minimizing labor requirements and product giveaway. Built with a robust stainless-steel construction, the CCS 904 is ideally suited for demanding production environments where efficiency, reliability, and hygiene are essential. The machine is suitable for cheese slicing, producing uniform slices directly from cheese blocks.

The configuration includes a Weber SCA laser scanner (2008) and an automatic infeed system. The Weber CCS 904 slicer, built in 2007, is equipped with two output lines and offers a variable slice weight range from 0.1 to 50 grams. The cutting head drive allows speeds of up to 2,000 slices per minute, depending on the product, with stacked shingled and shingled slicing formats.

The line further consists of a Weber CCW checkweigher, a Weber CCR rejection station (2008), a Weber CEB 604 automatic infeed conveyor (2014) with a split conveyor system, and a Weber CTM singulator (2013). The singulator ensures products or portions are separated and aligned into a single lane for further processing or packaging.
