Automatic in-line tray sealer suitable for medium to high production. 3 format sets on this machine: Row of 3 pieces round diameter 118 mm, row of 3 rectangular 110 x 140 mm, round 230 mm divided into 5 pieces. Sealing with foil from the reel. Vacuum and gaz unit (Witt-Gasetechnik). Working principle: the plastic trays or cups are put on the infeed conveyor, vacuumized and gas is added to the cups. Afterwards the foil from reel is sealed. Then the cup is transport to outfeed conveyor. Instruction manual, parts list and electric scheme in English language available.
