This system comprises a metal detector combined with a check weigher. It supports a maximum throughput for products conveyed with dimensions of 300 x 195 mm (W x H). The metal detector features a maximum aperture size of 375 x 250 mm (W x H). The permissible product weight range extends from a minimum of 125 grams to a maximum of 3,300 grams.
The equipment is supplied with a three-section conveyor measuring 180 x 30 cm (L x W). Product rejection is executed by means of two mechanical arms, each directing items into one of the two stainless-steel collection bins.
