Milk powder bag filling line. Line for filling full cream milk powder in standard 25 kg bags. Skim milk powder is also possible on this line. No vacuum suction device and not CIP cleanable. Working principle of the line: Manual infeed of empty bags, filling of the (full cream) milk powder, in the sewing line, the bags are stretched, sealed, cut, and stitched shut with a crepe. After closing and weighing the bags the bags go through a metal detector. (The metal detector is not available) This line includes a powder silo, hoppers, AVITEQ R 1900/408-UVE10X vibrating chute, various conveyor belts spare parts and documentation.
