Automatic system: destacking, bucket decontamination (by spray a peroxide mix in the bucket), turning system, filling by flow transmitters, snap cap cover decontamination and applying on bucket by sliding system, after push station. Whole machine under sterile air over pressure system, Automatic CIP cleanable. Controls: Siemens Simatic S5. Including duo outfeed conveyor, converting with pusher two one lane.
