Pilot Heater, Tubular heater, previously used in an R&D factory. Built on mobile SS table. Eccentric screw pump (0,37 kW) to feed/push product through the tube heat exchanger. Danfoss Massflo meter directly on outfeed of screw pump. Screw pump speed controllable via Siemens frequency converter, potentiometer on panel. Insulated tube heat exchanger. Steam set with valves and pump to control heat treatment on tube heat exchanger in 2 stage preheater and heater. Capacity product vessel on top of table ca. 12,5 liter.
