Automatic system to dissolve powders in liquids.
Existing of:
1) System to heat the liquid by plate heatexchanger (Tetra Clip8-RH) to the desired dissolving temperature , 7.000ltr/h, temperature +28°C.
2) A system to make hotwater out of steam (counter flow with the product on the plate heatexchanger). With circulation pump KSB, steam control valve, expansions vessel and steam/hotwater brazed heatexchanger (model CB76-60H)
3) A hopper for the main ingredient like powder/sugar (make: Azo type KPL. A22) with vibratory motor (type: AAS 0.5 Gr.2)
4) 2 Powder lock dosing system (Azo AL175/AL200) to dose powders to the dissolver.
5) 2 dosing units for small ingredients (like vitamins) make: Azo, model: Azo dos P30/2 with double augers and hopper.
6) IKA MHD 2000/20 Main powder dissolver - Triblender / continuous mixing-homogenizing-dispersing machine.
Butterfly valve on inlet, by-pass valve for cleaning. The powders and liquids come together with the liquid in the special mixing head, this triblender has a special infeed to prevent bridging of powder and air entrapment.
Loose components without controls or frame work.
