Tetra Pak TA Drink 100 Aseptic Juice Pasteuriser Plant. This Tetra Pak TA Drink 100 Aseptic Juice Pasteuriser Plant has a capacity of up to 10,000 l/h. The line consists of the following components: Tetra Pak TA Drink 100 Aseptic Juice Pasteuriser Skid 2005 with balance tank, product multistage centrifugal pump, centrifugal water pump, product valves (sanitary control valve), steam valves, flowmeters and piping. Alfa Laval DuraCirc 62 2026! Circumferential Piston Pump designed for Cleaning-in-Place (CIP). Tetra Pak CW 8-KSR 2013 plate heat exchanger. 2x centrifugal pumps, balance vessel with level sensors and temperature transmitter. Tetra Pak Tetra Spiroflo MT-57 tubular heat exchanger. TA Drink process: heating to 95°C for 30 seconds, followed by cooling to 7–14°C. Ice water is used for both cooling compartments. CIP is supplied from the plant’s central washing/CIP station. Steam pressure is 3.5–4 bar. A pressure measurement upstream of M4 has been added to the TA Drink M2 control system to prevent cavitation. The pressure measurement prior to M4 is used to control M2. Including control panel (on skid) with communication module Simatic ET 200M, touchscreen operation panel with InTouch visualisation/SCADA controls. 1x freestanding control panel with communication module Simatic ET 200M. Main PLC Siemens Simatic S7-300. This line was previously used for berry soups and is available for immediate sale. Excluding Tetra Pak TA25 2013 homogeniser.
