Vertical double-walled insulated storage and cooling tank for cream and milk. Design pressure: atmospheric (tank) 4 bar (jackets). Design temperature: 100 °C (tank and jackets). Top-driven multi-blade agitator. Side and bottom insulation. With 2 cooling compartments: 25 litres bottom and 25 litres jacket. Previously used for the storage and cooling of cream with glycol from 8 °C to 4 °C; capacity 0.5 °C per hour. Product outlet: 2.5" Hovap Variflow pneumatic tank outlet valve. Outlet height: 80 and 94 cm. With a cleanable sampling valve. 3 sensors at the bottom: temperature, pressure, and level. 1 level sensor at the top. Sight glass and air vent at the top. 2 CIP spray nozzles. Round manhole at the top, approximately Ø 50 cm. 4 adjustable feet. Internal tank dimensions: Ø 320 cm and cylindrical length 386 cm. With a stainless steel cage ladder on the side.
