Food Tech Cubic mixer
Food tech cubic powder dissolver on loadcells. Top driven mix agitator with powder disolving blades. Motor power: 7,5 kW - 15,3 A - 1450 rpm. CIP cleanable with 5 spraybowls. The powder is dosed through inlet on top and under the 'umbrella' shaped injected liquid, to have a minimum of dust (also called scubber type inlet). Working temperature: 0 / 95 °C. Outlet connection: 4'', DIN, outlet heigth: 25 cm. 2 ingredient inlets on top the circulation pipe line and a hopper on the manhole. Manhole diameter 45 cm. 3 adjustable feet, with 1 loadcells. Total dimensions: 1,7 x 2 x 2,4 meter. Total volume: 750ltr working volume 200-450ltr. Can work by constant circulation over a buffer tank. Working condition, video of test availalbe.
