High-pressure two-stage homogeniser with pneumatic pressure control, equipped with three pistons (22 mm diameter, 48 mm stroke). The unit is powered by a 5.5 kW motor (10.3 A, 1,465 rpm, 50 Hz) and allows a maximum operating pressure of 200 bar in the current configuration.
An integrated control panel is included with pressure control, on/off switch, motor starter, and electrical protections.
The homogeniser features an overpressure valve, a bypass line with check valve from outlet to inlet to prevent dry running and overpressure, inlet, and homogenisation pressure manometers (including alarm contact on the inlet side), cooling water flow switch with protection, and pulsation dampers on both inlet and outlet.
