Save water and wastewater costs. The water from the post-rinse phase is collected in a separate tank and used for pre-rinsing during the cleaning process. The CIP unit exists of: 3 square tanks of 5.000 liter. 2 x insulated (lye and acid)+ 1x 5.000 liter pre-rinse water tank. 1 x 2.000 l after rinse water tank. Maximum operating temperature 90°C. 2 outgoing lines, 2 pumps Alfa-Laval model: LKH-25 2022, 7.5kW, Skid mounted tubular heat exchangers steam/CIP detergent valves, flow transmitters E&H, conductivity and temperature sensors, remote I-O box with Ethernet communication to central PLC and lye and acid dosing pumps (make: Prominent Model BT).
